Blanket buildup on UV

Question:  My pressmen are telling me they have to wash blankets far more often now that we have a UV press than a conventional press. The issue seems to be outside of the paper area. There is also a buildup of cured ink on the impression cylinder that takes quite a bit of time to remove. Are there any workarounds?

The correct process color

Question:  Currently on our ink shelves we have process color from six different ink companies. We have strong Magenta, sharp printing Magenta, low tack Magenta, dark Magenta, customer X Magenta, and on and on. Same thing for the other colors as well. What should we be using?
